Richard Pare, Acquisitions Manager
Richard is an accomplished and seasoned entrepreneur.
He recently celebrated his milestone 25th year as the founder and sole owner of a successful desserts manufacturing business, where he enjoyed undertaking leadership related tasks such as developing, marketing and managing CakeWorks’s operations. Richard also oversaw all daily operations, including managing a great team of supporting employees. The trademarks and business were sold in 2015.
Richard has been an active diversified investor in the Vancouver-area real estate market since 1987 with residential, land and rental property transactions.
Beginning in 2012, Richard has taken on the role of full-time investor and Acquisitions Manager, specializing in Multi-family properties in the Arizona markets, with RPWORKS Property Investments (RP Works).
With RP Works’ network of strategic and specialized partners in place, including property management experts, USA and Canadian tax advisors and professional legal advisors, Richard is excited about the prospects of 2017 within the Arizona multi-family property investments market.
